T. J. Clark Catalyzed Multi-Vitamin contains the finest quality ingredients, catalyzed with our famous Polyfloramin to increase the bodys absorption of the essential vitamins necessary for general well being. * Vitamins, minerals, and other complexes work together synergistically to maintain optimum health and a vital immune system. When one or more are out of balance, the others dont work as well.

Vitamin A is part of the fat-soluble group of vitamins. It is also an effective antioxidant that protects cells against damage and may be effective as an anti-aging tool. * Some of the functions of vitamin A are that it is critical for healthy skin, bones, and teeth, mucous membranes, and night vision. Is also helps new cells grow and is a proven treatment for acne. However, too much vitamin A can be toxic, especially to the liver.

Vitamin C is an antioxidant required for tissue growth and repair, adrenal gland function, and healthy gums. The body cannot manufacture vitamin C, so it must be obtained through diet and supplements. Some of the other functions of vitamin C are that it aids in the production of anti-stress hormones, it protects against the effects of pollution, and it helps prevent cancer and protects against infection. Vitamin C can also enhance immunity and it increases the absorption of iron. Vitamin C may reduce cholesterol levels and high blood pressure because it protects against blood clotting, and bruising. It also promotes the healing of wounds and burns and neutralizes free radicals. However, smoking drastically impairs the effectiveness of vitamin C.

Vitamin E works synergistically with vitamin C, meaning they have a greater effect on the body working together than they do individually. These vitamins reinforce and extend each others antioxidant activity. Vitamin E is also a fat soluble, essential nutrient and cannot be manufactured by the body. Some of the other functions of vitamin E are that it scavenges free radicals, fights cancer and cardiovascular disease, and enhances blood clotting and circulation. Vitamin E also speeds healing and reduces scarring. It regulates hormone changes and keeps cell walls supple and strong. Vitamin E is also known to protect low-density fatty acids and micro-nutrients, especially vitamin A. It reduces DNA damage in cells that can lead to mutations and cancer. Vitamin E supplements have been taken because it can improve PMS, fertility, chronic fatigue syndrome, and other conditions. Vitamin E does have a weak spot in its armorinorganic forms of iron can destroy it.

Thiamin (B1) is depended upon by the nervous, digestive, and circulatory systems for proper function. Other requirements for thiamin are the breakdown of carbohydrates and brain reactions. The consumption of alcohol destroys B-1.

Riboflavin (B2) is critical for digestion and the release of energy. It enhances the immune system by helping build red blood cells and anti-bodies. Cataracts can be improved through supplementing B-2.

Niacin (B3) contributes to a healthy nervous and circulatory system, skin, mucous membranes, and proper carbohydrate metabolism. It also helps manufacture sex hormones and hydrochloric acid in the stomach. Studies show that taking niacin supplements can help with memory loss, however too much can damage the liver.

The immune system, nervous system, digestive tract, and pH depend upon Vitamin B6, making it a real workhorse in the human body. It builds red blood cells and fights cancer. Supplements reduce the symptoms of PMS, depression, and joint pain.

Folate (Folic Acid) is considered a "brain food" for a healthy nervous system, immune system, and red blood cells. It helps fight stress and depression. It is a co-enzyme that helps build DNA and RNA making it important for pregnant women to supplement for reducing the risk of birth defects.

Vitamin B12 is found only in meat products and is critical for a healthy nervous system and red blood cells. Some of the important reasons to supplement are that it improves anemia, fertility, depression, and memory loss. If you are a vegetarian, supplementation is very necessary.

Biotin is important in cell development, the production of fatty acids, and various metabolic reactions. Taking supplements of biotin can help hair growth, depression, and skin conditions.

Pantothenic Acid (B-5) helps catalyze metabolic reactions and the production of antibodies, and adrenal hormones. It is also part of co-enzyme A, an organic compound that drives thousands of reactions in the body every second. It is used as a common treatment for depression.

Polyfloramin is the link in creating the synergy between our exclusive mineral formulas and many other nutrients, it was designed to enhance the bio-availability of these nutrients and increase uptake of not only our exclusive catalyzed products, but also the nutrients in the foods you eat. *
